Bryan and I were high school sweethearts and have been married a long time.  You could say that we know each other pretty well. Bryan had helped businesses grow profits, and built strong teams in another industry for many years and had been quite successful at it. I’d often gone to him when I was struggling with an issue and he helped me work through it, but for some reason it never occur-ed to me that I could benefit from direct strategic coaching in my urban wood and sawmill business since his work had primarily been in a different industries. Boy was I wrong!

This episode of Alger Podcast and previous ones can be found on Spotify, (and I highly recommend you check them out), but this is the first in the Alger Podcast series that was also recorded on video right here at Far West in the Urban Wood Store. Check it out on YouTube here.
